Walton Sanders Goggins Jr. is an award-winning American actor and producer. He's also appeared in Django Unchained, The Hateful Eight, Predators, Shanghai Noon, CSI: Miami, Criminal Minds, and The Bourne Identity. Goggins has also starred in Vice Principals, The Righteous Gemstones, Invincible, and The White Lotus. In Fallout, he plays a ghoul, a human transformed by radiation who can survive for long periods in the game's wasteland.
